Wholesale Membership rates CDG publishes
Interchange at cost plus a flat per-transaction fee, with a membership fee billed annually. Four tiers, each with a monthly volume cap. Band: $200,000 and up a month. Monthly fee: $49 to $199 a month, billed annually.
